class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce projet consiste en l&rsquo;\u00e9tude d&rsquo;une maison de campagne implant\u00e9e en lieu et place d&rsquo;un hangar existant qui ne peut \u00eatre conserv\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le client souhaite avoir une cuisine, un salon s\u00e9jour, une salle de bain et une chambre au rez de chauss\u00e9e ainsi qu&rsquo;un espace en mezzanine destin\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir diverses fonctions (accueil d&rsquo;h\u00f4tes, salle de jeux, coin d\u00e9tente, &#8230;). La&nbsp; maison de campagne se veut largement ouverte sur le paysage, la fa\u00e7ade cot\u00e9 jardin est d\u00e9clin\u00e9e en plusieurs versions.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;id\u00e9e directrice du projet est d&rsquo;\u00e9voquer la pr\u00e9sence pass\u00e9e du hangar&nbsp; tout en assurant une relecture contemporaine. La volum\u00e9trie de l&rsquo;ancien hangar est conserv\u00e9e, le traitement architectural affirme la nouveaut\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fa\u00e7ade c\u00f4t\u00e9 paysage est trait\u00e9e par un jeu de transparences qui lui&nbsp; permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre tr\u00e8s ouverte sur le paysage tout en garantissant l&rsquo;intimit\u00e9 des occupants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
