La volont\u00e9 du client est de diviser en deux appartements de type 2 avec terrasse l&rsquo;actuel grand appartement de type 2 sans terrasse qui occupe les deux niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs de l&rsquo;immeuble ainsi que les combles.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-1975e99-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-1975e99-font-size ); color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Le budget est restreint, il ne faut pas toucher \u00e0 la structure de l&rsquo;immeuble et ne r\u00e9aliser que des travaux de second oeuvre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La solution trouv\u00e9e par l&rsquo;architecte permet d&rsquo;installer un premier appartement de type 2 avec terrasse au premier niveau et un second appartement de type 2 avec bureau et terrasse qui occupe le niveau 2 ainsi que les combles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le rez de chauss\u00e9e est un local commercial conserv\u00e9 et
